Select a session with your favourite music theme and bring out the real rhythm in you.
In 45mins you'll Ride, Connect, build and walk out feeling like you gave it everything and you are a rockstar.
WHAT IS RHYTHM CYCLING?
An indoor class focused on cardio with dynamic movements, awesome music, and amazing motivation.
BURN UP TO 800 CALORIES in each 45-minutes session with a workout of upper body, core, and lower body work on the bike.
Move, sweat, dance, and pump up the adrenaline.
